Kulin is a type of flavoured sausage made of minced pork.The meat is low-fat, rather brittle and dense, and the flavour is spicy. The red paprika gives it aroma and colour, and garlic adds spice. The traditional time of producing kulin is during the winter pig slaughter.
Finally, as the last activity of the project COOL!N, the trilingual book of traditional food recipes was published.
Within the IPA CBC HU HR Project called COOL!N, presentation of the book entitled "Culinary Journeys in Baranya" was held in Pécs’s Pannon Magyar Haz on the 14th of January 2014.
